Internal Use
Free

Service Provider

- Offer Dragon PBX as part of a hosted service

Internal Use License
The default license permits free use of Dragon PBX for your own internal business operations. You can use, copy, modify, and deploy the software within your organisation without restriction. Employees, contractors, and agents can use it on your behalf.
You may use Dragon PBX to support products and services you offer — as long as Dragon PBX itself isn't the product being sold, and third parties don't directly access or interact with the software.
Service Provider License
If you want to offer Dragon PBX functionality as a service to third parties — whether as a hosted PBX, a SaaS platform, a managed service, or any arrangement where external customers access the software — you need a Service Provider license.
This includes scenarios such as:
- Offering hosted PBX services built on Dragon PBX
- Providing Dragon PBX as part of a CPaaS or UCaaS platform
- Reselling or bundling Dragon PBX functionality in a commercial product
